      The St. Marys Public Library is located in the heart of the town of St. Marys and serves the residents of St. Marys, Perth South, and area. 

      Our Mission:  The St. Marys Public Library exists to enhance the intellectual, emotional, social and recreational quality of life of our community and our patrons. 

      The St. Marys Public Library is a member of the Perth County Information Network (PCIN), a network of 4 libraries.  With your library card you can access the resources of the St. Marys Public Library, Stratford Public Library, West Perth Public Library and Perth East Public Library as well as the Stratford Perth Archives.

Computer Help

Computer Training is available at the St. Marys Public Library through the Community Access Programme (CAP).

1 on 1 Computer Help: (our most popluar computer training option)

Get answers to your computer questions with one on one help from the Community Access Programme computer trainer at St. Marys Public Library. 

Basic computing:

For those who want a basic introduction to the computer. This class will go over the simple components that can be found on most computers; starting your computer and working with files. This class is two hours.  Computers will be provided.

Internet made Simple:

Learn the basics of Internet browsing: searching and visiting websites, how to create an e-mail account and use it, and online safety. This class is 2 hours long.  Computers will be provided.

Getting to know social media:

Building on “Basic Computing” and “Internet made Simple” this class will introduce you to some of the features in Facebook, twitter, and Google+.  Special attention will be given to social media safety features and photo tools. This class is 2 hours.  Computers will be provided.  Participants will require an e-mail account.
