Council Schedule & Agenda

St. Marys Town Council consists of 6 Councillors and the Mayor as head of Council.

Council meets the second and fourth Tuesdays of every month at 7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers in the upper level of Town Hall at 175 Queen Street East, St. Marys, Ontario.  Council meets to adopt recommendations from the three sub-committees of Council (Administration & Finance; Public Works and Community Services), enact bylaws and adopt resolutions related to town business.  The sub committees meet once a month to discuss relevant issues and make recommendations to Council.  Each sub committee consists of four members of Council supported by staff members.

In order to make presentations to Council or to meet with the sub committees please contact the Clerk's office at 284-2340 x241 for scheduling.

Note:  Agendas are available from the Clerk's office the Friday afternoon prior to the Council meeting on the following Tuesday evening.
