Notice is hereby given that Council will consider a by-law to adopt the 2025 budget on December 10, 2024, at its regular 6:00 p.m. meeting in Town Hall Council Chambers (175 Queen St. E).
The draft 2025 budget can be viewedonline or in person at the Municipal Operation Centre (408 James St. S).
Council held public meetings to deliberate the budget on October 15, 2024, and November 19, 2024. Another budget meeting is scheduled for December 3, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. in Council Chambers.

The Town of St. Marys is deeply saddened by the passing of Township of Perth South Mayor and Past Warden James (Jim) Aitcheson.
Jim was initially elected as a Councillor for the Downie Ward in the Township of Perth South in 2006 and was acclaimed as Mayor of Perth South in 2022. Over the course of 13 years, he served on the Perth County Council and held the position of Warden from 2019 to 2022.
