Each year, the Friendship Centre’s St. Marys Craft Show draws hundreds of local and area shoppers looking for one-of-a-kind, hand-made items.

Last year’s Craft show was a huge success, and the Friendship Centre can’t wait to welcome shoppers back for another crafty display! The Craft Show will take place at the Pyramid Recreation Centre on Saturday, November 18 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The St. Marys Service Ontario office will be closed on Friday, October 27, 2023. It will re-open for regular hours on Monday, October 30, 2023.

Patrons can access a range of services online during the closure (www.serviceontario.ca). These services are easy to use and available 24/7.

Overnight winter parking ban in effect November 1, 2023

Ban ensures safe and effective snow removal during winter season

The Town of St. Marys is reminding residents of its overnight winter parking ban, which will come into effect on November 1, 2023, and will remain in place until April 30, 2024. The ban prohibits on-street parking on any municipal roads and municipal parking lots between the hours of 2:00 and 6:00 a.m.

Sections of Jones St. E and Church St. S closed October 26 for forestry management

The following road closures will be in place on Thursday, October 26, 2023 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. as the Town removes a tree and vegetation around the Jones St. and Church St. intersection:

  • Jones St. E from Wellington St. S to Church St. S 
  • Church St. S from Queen St. E to Elgin St. E

Residents invited to have Coffee with Council on November 4

Event planned for 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at The Flour Mill

The Town of St. Marys is trying to brew up some buzz around its budget.

On Saturday, November 4, 2023, the Town is hosting Coffee with Council at The Flour Mill, located at 6 Water St. S. This informal, drop-in event will run from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and is open to all residents and ratepayers.
