On April 9, 2021 the flags at Town Hall, Municipal Operations Centre and Pyramid Recreation Centre will be lowered to half-mast until sunset on the day of the funeral as per Federal customs for half-masting the National Flag of Canada.

The public washrooms at both Milt Dunnell Field Lawn Bowling Greens and Cadzow Park pavilion are now open for the season. Residents are reminded to stay home and avoid using public areas and washrooms if they are feeling sick and to practice physical distancing.

The St. Marys Volunteer Fire Department has received a sizable donation from a local couple to purchase much needed equipment. Equipment that was scheduled to be replaced gradually over the next four years can now be purchased within the next few weeks thanks to this generous donation.
