Expanded Eligibility for Emergency Child Care

The Ontario government has announced expanded eligibility for Emergency Child Care. New additions to the list of those eligible for Emergency Child Care include:
- Education staff who are required to report to work in person while their children continue with remote learning;
- Grocery store and pharmacy workers;
- Truck drivers;
- Farmers and those who support food or agricultural product supply chains;

The Town of St. Marys has shifted its pet licencing registration to a convenient online form making it safer and easier for residents to obtain a pet licence.

The COVID-19 pandemic has created financial challenges for local businesses and the Town of St. Marys is encouraging them to apply for available financial relief programs.
