Regulations amended to allow playgrounds to open

The Government of Ontario's regulations have been amended to allow playgrounds to open. Effective immediately all Town of St. Marys playgrounds will once again be open. Please play outside safely, keep your distance (wear a masks if you can’t). Other outdoor recreation areas such as baseball diamonds, soccer fields, tennis courts, skate parks, picnic shelters and gazebos are still required to be closed.

Emergency Child Care for Eligible Essential Workers

On April 9, 2021 the flags at Town Hall, Municipal Operations Centre and Pyramid Recreation Centre will be lowered to half-mast until sunset on the day of the funeral as per Federal customs for half-masting the National Flag of Canada.

Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, has passed away peacefully at Windsor Castle at the age of 99. He was the longest-serving royal consort in British history.

The public washrooms at both Milt Dunnell Field Lawn Bowling Greens and Cadzow Park pavilion are now open for the season.  Residents are reminded to stay home and avoid using public areas and washrooms if they are feeling sick and to practice physical distancing.
