Set your alarm bright and early for a distinctly St. Marys start to the summer season, as FM96’s popular “The Taz Show” takes over the downtown, broadcasting live from the historic Green Bridge between 5:30 and 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 18 – and the entire town is invited to watch!

The Town is once again testing how it would respond in the event of a major emergency in St. Marys. On Thursday, May 31, 2018 between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm, the Town will conduct an emergency services exercise at the Pyramid Recreation Centre.

Following extensive contract negotiations, the Town of St. Marys is announcing a final date for its policing service transition. On Monday, November 5, 2018, the Town will officially welcome the Stratford Police Service to St. Marys.

Local firefighters swapped their fire hoses for spatulas this past Sunday, May 6, 2018 to host the annual Firefighters Breakfast at the St. Marys Fire Station. For several hours throughout the morning, firefighters worked in the kitchen and on the line to prepare and serve freshly cooked food to the community.
