On Thursday, May 31, the Town of St. Marys brought together 11 organizations and over 100 staff to conduct an emergency exercise. Dubbed “Exercise Toto”, this year’s scenario tested the community’s response to a simulated tornado touchdown in Rannoch and the west end of St. Marys.

Quarry Kick-off Party now on Saturday, June 30
Those who missed FM96’s May polar dip will be able to make their own splash in the St. Marys Quarry on June 16 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., when the popular outdoor swimming pool opens to the public for weekend hours.

Ontario Seniors’ Games triathlon is June 7; Senior Services barbecue is June 15
June 2018 marks the 34th annual Seniors’ Month in Ontario. This year’s theme is “Now's the time to start something new”. The theme is meant to challenge stereotypes about aging and emphasize how seniors can continue to live vibrant, active lives into their golden years.
