Scrapbookers share their passion while raising money for local seniors’ programs

Scrapbooking Garage Sale on Saturday, April 29 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

A committee of volunteers and the St. Marys Friendship Centre have teamed up to hold a Scrapbooking Garage Sale on Saturday, April 29 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at 317 James St. S.

A variety of gently used or new crafting supplies will be available for purchase tax-free. Admission to the event is free.

“We have a very dedicated group of scrapbooking enthusiasts who plan this sale to raise money for St. Marys and area seniors’ programs,” says Hillary Bennett, Senior Services Activity Coordinator for the Town of St. Marys.

The sale will include an array of items like paper, handmade greeting cards for all occasions, stamps, cartridges, embellishments and more.

Once stocked up on the latest supplies, attendees may be interested in attending the Friendship Centre’s monthly Scrapbooking Crops or virtual scrapbooking classes.
