Recreation and Leisure

A strong believer in encouraging an active community, the Town of St. Marys offers a variety of recreation and leisure opportunities. The St. Marys Quarry is Canada's largest outdoor freshwater swimming pool. The Pyramid Recreation Centre features an indoor pool, outdoor splash pad and skating. A splash pad and accessible playground can be found at Cadzow Park. Our recreation programmers also facilitate activities such as badminton in the local high school gymnasium.

St. Marys also boasts the Lind Sportsplex, used for day camps in the summer and curling in the winter; a lawn bowling pitch; newly resurfaced tennis courts and numerous sports fields.

The town has over 25 km of walking trails for your enjoyment including the Grand Trunk Trail and Riverview Walkway.

St. Marys has no shortage of ways to engage residents and visitors alike. Cultural attractions include the St. Marys Public Library, Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame & Museum, St. Marys Museum and Archives and St. Marys Station Gallery.
