Who can receive the grant? |
To be eligible for the grant, you must:
You automatically qualify for the Access to Recreation Grant if you receive Ontario Works, Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) benefits or Canada Pension Plan Disability (CPP-D) payments. Read the Access to Recreation Grant Policy (accessible version available upon request) for full eligibility requirements and further details. |
How much money could I receive? |
Individuals and families can receive up to $100 per person per year. |
How can I use my grant money? |
The grant can be used towards either Town of St. Marys programs or activities run by external organizations. In addition to registration fees, the Access to Recreation Grant may be applied to supplies, equipment, manuals, examinations and other administrative fees related to eligible programs.
