Section of Queen Street West closed due to water main break

UPDATE

Queen St. W will remain closed until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 15 as crews work to re-pave the the roadway. 

Queen St. W is closed from Salina St. N to William St. due to a water main break. A detour route has been put in place using Ontario St. N, Maiden Ln. and Ingersoll St.

Crews are currently on site repairing the issue. The road is expected to re-open at 6:00 p.m. today. 

Properties in the area may be experiencing temporary water outages. Water services will be restored once repairs are completed.
