The boiler repairs have been successfully completed, and Town Hall is now open to the public.

Please note that Town Hall is temporarily closed until further notice due to boiler repairs and will reopen once the work is complete.

Services usually offered at Town Hall will be provided online, by phone or at other municipal facilities during the closure, as noted below.

  • General inquiries: Call 519-284-2340 or visit the Municipal Operations Centre (408 James St. S) during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
  • Police: Call 519-271-4141 for non-emergencies; call 9-1-1 for emergencies.
  • Community Outreach Worker: Call 226-261-0098 or email communityoutreach@town.stmarys.on.ca.
  • Licensing, by-law enforcement and Council correspondence: Call 519-284-2340, email clerksoffice@town.stmarys.on.ca, or use the drop box located at the Queen St. entrance of Town Hall.
  • PC Connect inquiries: Call the Community Transportation Call Centre at 1-888-465-0783.

Updates about the reopening of Town Hall will be provided through the Town website (www.townofstmarys.com), Facebook (www.facebook.com/stmarysontario) and Twitter/X (www.twitter.com/townofstmarys).
