Town seeking feedback on draft Recreation and Leisure Services Master Plan

The Town of St. Marys is seeking input from residents on its draft Recreation and Leisure Services Master Plan. The draft plan was presented to Council on September 19, 2017, following several months of internal and external consultation, research and analysis.

A full version of the draft Recreation and Leisure Services Master Plan is available online at www.townofstmarys.com/RLSMP. Once finalized, the plan will guide the delivery of recreation and leisure opportunities in St. Marys for the next 10 years.

Residents can share their opinions on the plan in a variety of ways. The Town is hosting a walk-in public input session in the lobby of the Pyramid Recreation Centre on Wednesday, October 18 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. The open house is an opportunity to review the plan’s key recommendations, speak with Town staff and provide feedback.

Those unable to attend the open house can share their comments through an online survey, which will be available from Thursday, October 19 to Thursday, November 2, 2017 at www.townofstmarys.com/RLSMP
