VIA Staff Disruption at St. Marys VIA Station

The VIA Station will be open during all regular shifts, and there will be a customer service representative at the Station during all shifts. However, the staff on duty may not be able to sell or refund tickets.

Thank you for using the Town of St. Marys VIA Services. We regret to inform you that we are currently experiencing a disruption in our services because we need to hire and train new staff.

Disruption: St. Marys VIA Rail Station

Dates and Times of Disruption:

• Friday August 26, 8-9pm
• Sunday August 28, all shifts

Location: 5 James St. N.

Additional Information:
This is an unanticipated disruption. We are in the process of recruiting and training new staff members. Trains are running at normal times.
