The Town of St. Marys Official Plan is the Town's senior planning document and speaks to the planning policies for the Town including goals and general principles; land use designations and the objectives and policies for each; the division of land; transportation and services; and community improvement. The current Official Plan is the October 1, 2007 consolidation.
