The Site Plan Control By-law speaks to site plan control within the Town of St. Marys to ensure that lands are developed to Town standards and in compliance with the Town's Zoning By-law.

Download the Site Plan Control Guide which includes the Site Plan Requirements Checklist and Application for Approval of a Site Plan (Accessible copies available upon request).

Fees associated with building and planning are also available online in Schedule C of By-law 122-2023 (Page 10).
