Town of St. Marys offers unique, local, “experience” gift giving ideas

St. Marys Money can be used at over 40 local businesses and it’s a fun way to shop and support local merchants. St. Marys Money is available in denominations of $5, $10 and $20. Honour someone you love by making a monetary donation for trees to be planted in the Meadowridge Park this spring. Donors will receive an acknowledgement certificate and can purchase a plaque to be installed along the walking trail in the memorial forest. Find more information at townofstmarys.com/TreeDonations.

Book some exclusive ice or pool time!

Give a fire extinguisher for a loved one’s car!

This year the St. Marys Fire Department wants to encourage everyone to help keep their loved ones safe by purchasing a fire extinguisher at a local retailer and gifting it to someone to securely place in their personal vehicle. This would contribute to the Canada-wide campaign of Cindy’s Law to have every vehicle on the road equipped with a fire extinguisher. Visit the St. Marys Museum Gift Shop and pick up a copy of local author Lorne Eedy’s latest book, Rocks with a Story! It’s only $20 and 100% of the sales go to the museum.
