Join us for free wellness workshops presented by health professionals. Presentations are generally for the fifty plus age group; however, all are welcome to attend. No registration is required. Formats include:

  • Learn and Lunch, 3rd Friday monthly at the Friendship Centre
  • Learn and Coffee
